Content: Hi,I bought some of your earphones via amazon (order number 305-0328443-9990776). They worked pretty good but for a few weeks they loose connection to my phone from time to time. I tried to solve the problem but the problem keeps occurring.Can you replace the earphones or do you have any other good idea?Thanks and best regardsMartin

Content: Hi, I recently purchased a pair of yobola earbuds via Amazon (order number 203-8291794-4462761). I've been very impressed and pleased with them. However, yesterday the right hand earbud appears to have had something dislodge inside it, such that, when wearing them whilst walking, on each step it sounds like a clunking noise. (When shaking them when out of the ear a tiny is barely audible, but when in the ear it's thoroughly distracting.)I don't believe they've suffered any physical shock and from the outside they visually appear to be in perfect condition. I'm wondering what my options are here. Is replacement possible?
