Content: Dear support,I bought the Yobola T9 headphones via Amazon in May last year. Unfortunately, these have not worked properly for several months. I hear almost nothing at all on the left headphone. The problem occurred suddenly.Unfortunately I can no longer use it. It's a shame for the money after less than a year of use without any problems.Is it possible to replace the damaged headphones?
