Content: I bought the yobola T9 earbuds and have a problem with the earbuds. One earbud is not working at all. Only sometimes it works. The other problem is that the earbuds lower the volume without interaction from time to time. Suddenly the volume goes down to 0%.The Amazon order number is 303-0028840-0261134Thanks Best regards Matthias Bier
