Content: I want to return the earbuds as they do not work properly. The volume keeps decreasing to zero and the only way to stop this is to return the earbuds to the box and try again. Content: The earbuds I bought have started automatically decreasing the volume to nothing. When you press the increase volume button on the phone, the level immediately returns to nothing. The only way to stop this is to return the ear buds to the case and start again. But it doesn't last long and the problem happens again. It ruins the listening experience. What can you do about it?
