Content: Bonjour le volume des écouteurs a baissé, on peut encore écouter la musique mais des appels téléphonique on entend très mal avec le volume au maximum. Ils fonctionnaient très bien au début.

Content: I purchased these earbuds a few days ago, and after using them for just 5 minutes, the right earbud stopped working while the left one continued to function normally. Additionally, the right earbud is not charging, even though the left one is charging properly.
