Content: Good morning,I recently ordered your T2 Pro headphones from Amazon on 24th July 2021. They arrived and worked great! However, when I needed to charge them again, the case will charge but one headphone inside the case won’t charge. Only one of them shows the light to indicate that it is charging and the other one has simply not worked since the first time I used the product.I am unsure if it’s a fault with the individual headphone or the charging case but I cannot use them, which is very disappointing.Incase you need it the Amazon order number is 202-6272552-7765943. Content: Morning, I`ve purchased a set of yobola T2 Pro Wireless Earbuds through Amazon UK (ORDER # 205-5201631-9058763) and I`m having problems with the charge in the left hand earphone dieing after about 20-25 minutes off being on it dies. Righthand side one works fine.

Upon further inspection I noticed that the contacts on the bottom of the right earbud are not positioned as they should be.
