Content: Bonjour, J'ai acheté des écouteurs sans fil Bluetooth pour ma fille en novembre 2023.Ceux ci commencent à dysfonctionner. Le côté droit ne fonctionne quasiment plus.L'achat étant inférieur à 2 ans, jaimerais savoir si un echange au titre de la garantie légale de conformité est possible?Je vous remercie. Subject: Problem with the earphones
Content: I've already bought white t9s twice and in my family my father also bought black ones, we've never had any problems, but with the latest ones I bought a week ago, I'm having problems loading the right headset. It charges up to 40/50% while the left headset charges normally. The problem is not with the charging box because I've tried charging them with my old one and the problem remains. Is there a solution or can a new pair be arranged?

Content: The first one it was quite ok but now whenever I used it for call, it start making some no ice and I need to repeat multiple times my words so other can understand. I used it on other phone as well however the same issue.
