Content: Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to complain about a defective product I purchased through Amazon.On October 9, 2024, I bought the Yobola T9 headphones (Order number: 305-1248806-1441142). Unfortunately, the headphones have now become faulty.They no longer connect properly. Even when they do connect, one or sometimes both earbuds switch off, despite being fully charged. In some cases, the headphones connect successfully, but within a few seconds or minutes, the volume automatically decreases to zero. Although the device still shows as connected, no sound can be heard.Given these issues, the product is clearly not functioning as intended.I kindly request either a replacement product or a full refund.
