Content: HiWhen I charge my M2 wireless headphones it only shows a blue light. Then I unplug and they do not work, I’ve tried to factory reset and still nothing when I hold down the power button on charge with the blue light I get a strange dial tone after 2 second and that’s all. They no longer function at all even after all the trouble shooting. Please help and advise. I’m very disappointed and don’t want to waste my time sending them back or getting repaired at at this cost they should not be having problems of this natureThanks Like

Content: I emailed you last week and still have not heard back from you.I purchased on Amazon your M2 wireless headphones on 9/10/17. They no longer work. Several weeks ago when I tried to charge them there were no red or blue lights and I wasn’t able to get them to come on and headset isn’t charging and now won’t connect with my iPhone either. I really haven’t used them that much as I don’t walk outsideIn the colder months. I would like to get them replaced. I will gladly return the set I have. Content: I've had these headphones for about 6 months now, and for some odd reason, it would disconnect from the phone, and turn itself off. I've checked the battery on it, and it wasn't low or anything, for it automatically power down. I try turning the headphones back on, but it wouldn't turn on anymore.
