Subject: My Yobola earphone tips have fallen off
Content: Hi,I bought my second pair of Yobola M2 headphones via Amazon on the 30 April 2018.The earphone sound works perfectly, however the tips have come off through wear and tear. I have been using them to gym most days and although this may be 4 or 5 times a week I didn't expect them to break this easily and so quickly. I have the earphones and will be able to prove that they work perfectly fine apart from the broken tips. As this has a guarantee, I would like to enquire about the procedure that I need to follow to have a replacement set sent out to me.I look forward to hearing from you.Regards,Keith

Content: Have been using the M2 Bluetooth headphones for roughly 8-9 months and they have worked fine till just a couple days ago they shit off and won’t turn back on. They didn’t have low battery because it announces when it does. Once I plugged them in to charge the light was blue instead of the regular charging red, and still wouldn’t turn on.
