Subject: Earpads doesn't work after only 4 weeks of use
Content: Hello, we bought earpads via Amazon and after we used them for 4 weeks the volume of left earpad is very low, the right one works. This can't be fixed in the settings and the failure is with any device that we connect. So the earpads must be the problem.Please contact us how we can get new ones that work or get the money back.Tank you

Content: The product is advertised as being able to play music for 5h after a full charge.That's quite far from the truth in my case, the battery of the product I received doesn't last for more than a couple of hours and the left side earbud always turns off first. Seeing as I've owned them for only 2 months, I'd like to ask for a replacement.I look forward to hear from you soon.

Content: Compré los auriculares yobola Auriculares Inalámbricos el pasado mes de diciembre. Le comento q el auricular de la oreja izquierda no funciona. Por lo que solicito o bien su sustitución por uno nuevo o el reintegro del importe. Un saludo y espero su respuesta
