Subject: Defective Headphones
Content: Hello,Back in September of 2017, I purchased the following headphones:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XJ1FRZJ/I am very satisfied with the product and wish to continue using them. However, as of today (3/20/18), my pair has become defective. The left side of the headphones no longer produces sound despite turning them off and on. It's doing the typical problem with bad headphones/earbuds, as in they only work when you move the wires in a specific angle.Being I've only had them for around 6 months, and they come with a 2 year warranty, is it possible for me to get a replacement pair?These are without a doubt the best headphones I've ever purchased, and it would be a shame if I have to get another pair already. In all honestly, I probably would buy a different brand if I can't get a replacement, considering this pair only lasted half a year.I hope to hear back from you guys.Cheers,James
