Content: Good morning,I have purchased your earbuds off Amazon twice. The first ones are white and the second pair are lavender.. It's weird how on both ear pieces; the both right ear have decreased sound. The only way you can hear properly is the volume on max.I was wondering if there is anything you can help with.
