Content: Hello, it has been 3 months since my purchase, I'm satisfied with it but since around 2 days the headset is starting to cut the connexion and the sound from one part of the headset (the left side). I don't know why, I didn't put these in water or in a cramped space or anything it just started out of nowhere.Now I would like to know if I could maybe send it back somewhere to repair it or if I can't do anything about it.Thanks for the answer and sorry for the inconvenience.

Content: In recently received my Yabola headphones for Christmas. Yesterday when i took them out of my pocket, they would not turn on. I thought they needed charge but when I charged them they went red and then blue. When I take them out, no matter how long I press the power button, nothing happens. When I am charging it, when I press the power button it Flashes red but I don’t know what it means. Lost my instruction manual. When I hold one of the sound buttons, the charging light turns off for some reason. I saw people with my same problem on your reviews page. Is there a solution and is it possible fix my headphones ?

Content: Through normal use of the product the headphones no longer function. they are full charged and can connect to a device but one of the earphones doesnt produce sound anymore.
