Subject: Broken/defective earphones
Content: I bought your in-ear headphones via Amazon 2 months ago. After a month, their sound quality was noticeably worse and now the maximum volume of the headphones is so low that you can barely hear the music. In addition, the charging case has a loose contact, which makes charging difficult. I will therefore return the headphones and I want my money back because it can't be true, that they are no longer usable after such a short time. Thanks in advance!
