Content: I purchased wireless headphones in amazon on 4th January 2022 and have had some issues with one of them. In particular, the headphone runs out of battery after 30 min once it has been charged to 100%. This may be a manufacturing defect so can I ask for this to be repaired or replaced?I can send you the invoice details. Hope you can assist my query. Thank you

Content: Hola! Compre unos auriculares y desde que me llegaron se quedaban encendidos todo el dÃa aunque estuvieran en la cajita metidos, y claro se me quedan sin baterÃa super pronto. Ademas uno de ellos casi nunca esta cargado y eso que siempre utilizo los dos a la vez. Tengo un familiar que tiene este mismo modelo y no le pasa esto por lo cual al estar en garantÃa querria saber si serÃa posible que me los cambiaran por otros que no tuvieran este problema. Gracias!
