Content: I bought my headphones in November 2022. So far I was satisfied with them. However, lately I have severe issues when using the headphones. The left one does not connect with the phone at all or takes multiple minutes to connect. This happens every time, eventhough the headphones are fully charged. Since the headphones are not even 2 years old and work perfectly fine on the occasions when they connect, i would like to know what can be done to resolve the issue

Content: Hello, I’ve had my headphones for just over a year. I use them regularly, keep them charged and look after them as much as physically possible. Sadly over the last few weeks the right head piece has lost all sound quality and it is now very very quiet and I can barely hear out of it.
