Content: Bonjour,J’ai un problème au niveau de la batterie de l’écouteur gauche celui-ci a une durée d’utilisation de30 à 40 minutes alors que l’écouteur droit lui a une durée d’utilisation de+/- 5 heures comme indiqué sur la fiche produit. Je pense donc que je n’ai pas eu de chance, car j’ai eu un produit défectueux ce qui peut arriver. J’espère que vous pourrez m’envoyer un nouveau produit car c’est quand même embêtant.

Content: I recently purchased a white yobola T2 wireless earbuds and I was able to connect it with my iPhone. However, I am trying to connect it to my PC. It is a HP Microsoft Windows 11 laptop. When I go to the settings and attempt to add a bluetooth device, the yobola T2 option doesn't appear. Could you help me?

Content: headphones T9 bought on amazon in april 2022 and suddenly right earphone is heard very loose. We have restarted and it is still not working properly.

Content: Buenas, ayer me puse los auriculares y el auricular izquierdo ya no funciona, no se enciende ni se oye nada. Los compré a finales de abril y hasta ahora bien pero no entiendo porque ha dejado de funcionar. Son auriculares inalámbricos

Subject: One earbud stopped working
Content: Hello, One of my T9 earbuds (the left one) has stopped working. When I put it in the case, the light flashes once, then goes right out. It does not seem to charge like the other one does. I've held the power button but it never makes a sound or flashes the light. The other one does power off as expected. I've also charged the earbuds in the case overnight and unpaired and re-paired with my phone but it did not fix the issue. The earbuds are only about 30 days old at this point. Amazon referred me to you. Are you able to help? Thank you in advance.
