Content: I have just received my yobola true wireless headphones and I have two left silicone covers how can I get a right silicone cover, the ear bud falls out without the cover.Once the silicone cover is fitted on the ear bud the charging box lid won't shut, does this mean the buds won't charge? The charging unit is flashing blue when plugged in, the manual says it will flash red when charging and off when fully charged, what does blue flashing light mean?

Subject: Yobola M2 misfunction
Content: They worked perfectly for 1 year but suddenly turned off and i cant turn them on again. If connected, a blue light appears and It males a 2 tone sound when i press the power button

Content: Hi I purchased a mp3 Bluetooth earphones from Amazon 2 months ago. It was working fine since yesterday, but since today the sound from left earpiece is very slow. I want to know how to replace or repair it please.I purchased the earphones from amazon.ie and I live in Ireland.Thank you

Subject: 2nd set Yobola headphones stopped working
Content: On January 27th I purchased my second set of 'yobola Best Long Standby Wireless In Ear Sports Bluetooth Headphones' via Amazon prime. This was after my first set of headphones (which I had for 13 months) developed an issue where they failed to connect to a device for more than a min despite being fully charged. I now find that my new set have developed the same issue.While i like the quality of the product when functioning i am dissapointed that the same issue has arisen again. I have contacted amazon already who advised that i contact you directly as product should be under warranty. Can you please advise as i cant find any information under your booklet supplied with the product. Dave
