Content: Hello,I ordered your T9 model headphones on the Amazon website on sept. 2022.They worked perfectly but since yesterday, one of the 2 headphones no longer charges and no longer works. I tried to carefully clean the earphone and the case, without success. We are disappointed because this is the second pair of T9 headphones we bought, the first works perfectly well. What solution do you offer in after-sales service? The return period to Amazon is over.Thank you very much.Kind regards,
