Content: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich hoffe, diese Nachricht erreicht Sie wohlbehalten.Vor kurzem habe ich eine Bestellung bei Ihnen aufgegeben (Bestellnummer: [Ihre Bestellnummer]) und die Lieferung erhalten. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass ich versehentlich die falsche Farbe der Kopfhörer bestellt habe. Ich habe die Kopfhörer in der Farbe [bestellte Farbe] bestellt, möchte diese aber gerne in der Farbe [gewünschte Farbe] umtauschen.Könnten Sie mir bitte mitteilen, wie der Rückversand der falsch bestellten Kopfhörer abläuft und wann ich mit der Lieferung der Kopfhörer in der gewünschten Farbe rechnen kann? Content: Hi, I bought 2 sets of ear bud headphones from your company. Both have volume problems, the volume goes very low, even when it’s set at max volume. Can you contact me to sort this out. Currently can’t use them as max volume is not heard in normal use. 1set is about 6months old and the other 18months old. Thanks

Subject: Ringing sound in Earbuds
Content: Hello,I purchased your T9 earbuds in white from Amazon on the 9th of July, and have been using them since with both my phone and laptop.There is a constant ringing/high pitched noise in both earbuds, most prominent and constant in the right earbud, but it also recurs in the left earbud.I've tried repairing and turning them on and off, as well as turning my devices on and off. Otherwise they seem like a good product so far, and it's a shame because many of your reviews recommend the audio quality, but this does not match up with my experience. The ringing is not only disruptive but painful to listen too, and ruins any TV or podcasts I'm attempting to hear.The ringing even persists when they are not connected to any device, and I'm wearing them out in rural areas, so I know the problem must be with the earbuds themselves. Is there anyway you could send me a replacement set?Regards, Adam Carroll

Content: Hello, I recently began experiencing problems with the charging capacity of a pair of headphones (specifically the T9, V5.1) I bought from your company through Amazon. When putting the headphones back into their case, they don't connect properly to their charging port, and therefore don't regain their playing power. Would it be possible for me to make use of the 1 year warranty offered with this product and replace them? If so, please contact me at my email adress as soon as conveniently possible.

Content: Original Device purchased on amazon Ordered on 20 February 2024 Order # 204-0066981-0411573A replacment device has been sent ot me in May due to microphone issue. Now i also have problem on the replacment device - it is not working anymore sounds is completely destorted methalic sounds only most of the time. What to do?
