Content: Dear yobola Support Team,Thank you for your response and the troubleshooting instructions.I have followed all the steps you provided:• Cleaning: I ensured that the earbuds are clean and free of any obstructions.• Rebooting: I turned the earbuds off and on again using the multi-function button.• Reset Procedure: I followed your 5-step reset process exactly (deleting pairing records, waiting in the charging case, and clicking the multi-function key 5 times).Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. The right earbud still produces little to no sound, while the left one works perfectly. This indicates a hardware defect rather than a software or maintenance issue.As you mentioned in your email, the product is covered by a 12-month warranty.
