Content: I purchased the ‎LY-20230130 on Amazon.co.uk on 30/5/2024 (Order #204-4681525-6758767). The left earphone is now very low compared to the right. I paired them with another device but had the same issue. I also unpaired them and reconnected them but the problem never went away. Have you any suggestions? Best regards, Liam
