Subject: yobola Wireless Earbuds 19 - left headphone stopped working
Content: Hello,I purchased a pair of new Yobola Wireless Earbuds 19 on 09 Nov 2022 through the Yobola Store on Amazon (Order # 203-1488847-7703507). The left headphone gradually lost sound for a month or so until it totally stopped working. It is very disappointing, I bought the earbuds not even one year ago. Could you please advise on how to have my earbuds with a pair of working ones, or proceed with a refund?Many thanks,Simone Rinaldi
