Content: Hi, I have tried a few times to contact you before leaving feedback on Amazon. I purchased wireless ear phones and one has not worked since I opened the package, I bought two pairs, one set is fine. But on one set the left ear pod does not work. Please reply to me, my only other option is to leave bad feedback which I don’t want to do, I’d really rather get the problem solved. Either a refund or a replacement please. Thank you.

When I close the case to store them, it connects to my phone, obviously I don't want this to happen, I keep them because I don't want to use them anymore.When this happens, it also doesn't let me charge them because they are connected to the mobile phone all the time.I hope to receive help

Content: Compré unos auriculares T9 por amazon a través de la cuenta de mi padre.En esta última semana me ha empezado a dar fallos cuando cierro la caja donde van metidos.Cuando cierro la caja se me conectan los auriculares y obviamente no quiero que se me conecten porque los tengo guardados. Cuando cierro el estuche tampoco me cargan debido a esto mencionado (que estan conectados)Espero recibir ayuda-----------------------------I bought T9 headphones on Amazon through my father's account.During this week it has started to give me errors when I close the box where they are stored.When I close the box the headphones connect and obviously I don't want them to connect because I have them stored away.
