Content: I bought these earbuds in April 23 and now the right earbud is significantly lower in volume. I cleaned the earbuds regularlly, I also tried the reset mode. It didn't work. Honestly I think that earbuds should survive more than just a few months before they don't work anymore. Please contact me for a refund or a new pair of earbuds.

Subject: Charging Dock Damaged
Content: I received these headphone a couple of weeks ago and they have been working perfectly. Today when I took out the headphones from the charging case I found that the magnet within the lid has become dislodged and now the lid won’t close. If I push the magnet back in then it just pulls out again when I open the lid again. Is this something that can be replaced as the item is faulty? Thank you.
