Content: The product is advertised as being able to play music for 5h after a full charge.That's quite far from the truth in my case, the battery of the product I received doesn't last for more than a couple of hours and the left side earbud always turns off first. Seeing as I've owned them for only 2 months, I'd like to ask for a replacement.I look forward to hear from you soon.

Content: Compré los auriculares yobola Auriculares Inalámbricos el pasado mes de diciembre. Le comento q el auricular de la oreja izquierda no funciona. Por lo que solicito o bien su sustitución por uno nuevo o el reintegro del importe. Un saludo y espero su respuesta

Content: Hi, my yobola earplugs bought via Amazon in July 2021 do not work anymore. One of the earplugs runs out of battery a long time before the other, and they make a scratchy noise. Could you please submit new ones or reimburse me? I am within the 2 years warranty.
