Content: Hey i bought a headphones from amazon a few months ago and they’re having some problems, like one sounds weaker than the other one and when i put the phone in my pocket and i walk there’s interferences in the audio

Content: I just bought a pair of the T9 headphones from Amazon and after going for a run with them I've noticed that the right earbud does not play audio nearly as loud as the left. The left one seems to work normally, but the other plays at maybe 20% of the intended volume. I tried the manual and your website, which said to factory reset by using the charging case button, but it is not clear where or what that button is. The manual says you offer a one year warranty for the product so I am wondering what the next steps are.

Content: Hello yobolaa team, when the headphones are in the case, it shows that they are charging, but as soon as I take them out, they don't work at all, even though the base is charged.Also, when I take them out of the case, the light goes out and they don't even turn on.
