Content: Good Afternoon, I ordered a pair of the white yobola T9 wireless ear buds off Amazon on Dec 6, 2023 for my nephew for Christmas. They are no longer working and I'm hoping that you can send me a replacement pair at no charge, as I feel like these must have been defective to no longer work after such a short period of time. I have a pair myself that I've had for more than double the amount of time he's had this pair, and mine are still working great! Are you able to send me a replacement pair for him? I look forward to hearing back from you! Thank you so much!
