Content: Hello, I bought your wireless earbuds on Amazon on 17th August (order number 202-9237731-9357148). In the last week they have stopped working. They were working fine and then when they needed recharging I put the buds into the case and the right one will not charge at all and the left one only charges if held in a specific position. I haven’t done anything harmful to them or got them wet or anything and the box is fully charged. I’m just confused and wonder if this has happened before or if it could be an easy fix? J'ai acheté des écouteurs Bluetooth T2 Pro début août sur Amazon garantis 1 an et voilà déjà qu'au bout d'un mois l'écouteur gauche ne fonctionne quasiment plus.
