Me dijeron que reseteara los auriculares y se oÃa un poco más, pero al dÃa siguiente volvió el problema y o se oye casi nada. HabrÃa la posibilidad de cambiar los mismos, ya que se encuentran en garantÃa.

We disconnected and connected it several times, we made sure it is fully charged but nothing changed that it does not work anymore. Since we purchased it in November 2022, we would lake to have it replaced.Best wishes!
