Subject: Deteriorated battery after one year
Content: I have had your product for a year now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. But I suspect the batteries have gone bad. The headset will appear to charge, and will turn on and work, but after a few minutes, they will turn themselves off. I can turn them on again, but they only turn themselves off again. I was hoping to cash in on the warranty for the device and have them replaced.
