Content: Hi I ordered your yobola T9 wireless headphones from amazon. Charged them completely but only the right works. Online it said to put left one back in charger few seconds take back out and try. And then the left one works but cuts out 2 seconds later.The device did say the headphones were paired. Do I have a defective pair or am I doing something wrong ?Let me know ?ThanksCam

Content: I recently purchased a pair of your yobola T9 earbuds from Amazon. I've had them for just over a month now and all of a sudden they will not charge. I can send them to you if necessary as I have the box and all here, I just don't understand what's going on and I'm not mechanically incline or tech savvy to know how I could possibly fix this issue.
