Content: Ich habe mit Rechnungsnummer DS-ASE-INV-DE-2022-161041298 Bluetoothkopfhörer gekauft. Jetzt nach knapp über 1 Jahr kann ich sie nicht mehr laden, bzw. lädt sich nur noch der rechte auf, der linke ist tot. Ich bitte um Ersatz innerhalb der Garantie.

Content: Ich habe einen Artikel über Amazon bei Ihnen gekauft. Es handelt sich hierbei um kabellose Kopfhörer. Der linke Kopfhörer lädt nicht mehr, verbindet sich auch im Ruhezustand mit dem Handy und verstellt ohne aktive Handlung die Lautstärke. It appears to charge in the case but will not turn on when removed or when using the button on the side. Please advise how I get a replacement set and what to do with the faulty ones.
