Content: Hello,I sent a mail about 2 weeks ago but never got an answer. I bought T2 Pro Wireless Earbuds on Amazon at the beginning of August and by the end of the month the left earbud was defective, it plays music very very low compared to the right one. I've tried everything solution you suggested on the box provided with the earbuds but still it doesn't work. Would you be so kind as to help me?Best regards,
