Content: I have the M2 bluetooth headphones and the internal connector for charging has somehow gotten loose inside of the headphone so I can no longer connect the charging cable to the headphone, it just comes loose and will not recharge. The on/off button is not functioning reliably and the volume+/- buttons hardly function. I started using the earphones in the middle of October. I am not very satisfied about the performance of the devices. Please inform me of actions you propose to rectify this problem. I do not like to submit negative reviews about items and suppliers until they have had a chance to put things right. Please help.
